Business Visa from Philippines to Hungary Description

The business visa is issued to foreigners visiting Hungary for business purposes such as attending business meetings, conferences, seminars, negotiating and signing business contracts with other business partners or companies in Hungary.
An invitation letter from the host's company in Hungary clearly stating the contact information and address of the company.
The invitation letter must indicate the type of business to be carried out in Hungary, the purpose of visit and duration of stay in Hungary.
An approval letter from the applicant’s employer in Philippine stating awareness of the business travel.
If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided
A business bank statement for the last 6 months is required.
Salary slip of the last three months from the employer duly stamped and signed by an authorized person
Income tax return acknowledgment for the last two assessment years.
Certificate of registration in the case of the self-employed duly signed and stamped by an authorized person
Travel medical insurance must be valid for the whole duration of stay in Hungary is required.
Regarding the applicant’s expenses during stay in Hungary, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter or invitation.

An International passport which has a validity of 6 months from the time of exit from the country.
The passport should have at least two blank pages.
Two recent passport-sized photographs to be taken on a white background.
The passport should be at least 6 months old and should follow the photo specification for the visa application.
Proof of sufficient funds for the duration of your stay in the country.
This should be in the form of your bank statement from 3 months prior to the period of visa application.
