Business Visa from Philippines to Germany

This business visa is for applicants who wish to transact business, attend seminars, conferences, workshops, business meetings, and have negotiations while in Germany. This visa is valid for 90 days. An invitation letter from the German company you will be visiting and their detailed address accompanied with the dates of your visit is to be submitted. A certificate from your employer stating/allowing your business travel is also required. If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided. A business bank statement for the latest 6 months is necessary. Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint-stock companies) and Trade License (first issued and present renewal) is to be submitted also. A document regarding the applicant’s expenses during their stay in Germany is to be submitted also, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter of invitation. If you are going for religious or crew/television purposes, you will need to provide an invitation letter from the authorities with details about the nature of events or activities, purpose of visit, expense coverage, the names of the applicants (crew members), duration of their stay, and a detailed travel itinerary. You are to leave Germany on or before the expiration of your visa.

This business visa is for foreign nationals who are visiting Denmark to carry out business activities. During your time in the country, you can meet up with business partners to negotiate and sign contracts. Trade fairs, conferences, and business summits can be attended by holders of this visa. A certificate of business registration of your business partner in Denmark is required. For private business owners, a copy of their Income Tax Return(ITR) form or certificate of income tax deducted from salary should be submitted. Holders of this visa cannot be paid for the services they render while they are in the country. Applicants are to submit approved health insurance that covers their duration of stay or its equivalent of 30,000 euros. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. Holders of this visa are not permitted to seek public funds or work with a business visa. To work in Denmark, you must have a Denmark work visa and a work permit that allows foreign nationals to work in the country. Receipt of paid visa application fees is required You are expected to exit the country at the expiration of your visa. The French business visa is for visa applicants who wish to travel to France for business reasons. This visa is not to be used for tourism and educational purposes. The French business visa allows its holders to attend seminars, trade fairs, and conferences related to their professional activities while in France. Business Visa from Philippines to Russian Federation

The Russian business visa allows Filipino citizens to partake in business activities while in Russia. This visa has both single and double-entry, valid for up to 3 months. The multiple-entry visa is valid for up to 1 year or up to 3 years in some cases. The number of entries allowed depends on the applicant's specific travel conditions. According to Russian law, the complete term of stay in Russia on a business visa should not exceed 90 days on a single visit within every 180 days. Business Visa from Philippines to Saudi Arabia

This visa is issued to persons traveling to Saudi Arabia for business purposes. The business visa application form must be completed in block letters. The letter must be filled only in the applicant's handwriting as third-party handwriting will not be accepted. No handwritten changes or correctional fluids will be accepted on the application form. Business Visa from Philippines to Egypt

This visa type is for visa applicants who wish to go to Egypt for business, seminars, conferences and to sign negotiations. This visa lasts for 30 days and you are expected to leave Egypt on or before the expiration of this visa. Your passport must not be frayed, torn, separated, or altered in any other way. You must provide a two-colored passport-type photograph that must have been taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper. The photographs must be taken against an all-white background and must be two inches by two (2x2) inches providing the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression.   You may wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes. Your photos must not be affixed to your application and it may not display evidence of adhesive tape or staples. You are to submit a business cover letter from your Egyptian based company. All letters are to be printed on the company's letterhead and must display an Egyptian address. Include two copies of an itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry and exit dates to and from Egypt and must show your full name (as printed in your passport). You are to also submit a letter written by your employer in Philippines on company letterhead stating that you will be returning to your present job. The cover letter should state their awareness of your leave, purpose, and duration of stay. You are to submit an official invitation letter from the Egyptian company you are meeting stating the purpose and duration of your visit to Egypt. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. If your finances will be taken care of by your employer or the partner company, it should be clearly stated in the letter of invitation. Proof of previous business dealings between the Philippine company and the Egyptian company should be submitted. Proof of registration and receipt of paid fees for the registration of the conference should be made available for those who intend to attend conferences in Egypt. A certificate of business registration of the company you are meeting in Egypt should be provided. Applicants who own their own businesses should provide a copy of their income tax return for the last six months. Receipt of payment of visa application fees is to be submitted also. International Certificate of Vaccination of Yellow Fever should be provided by the applicant. Applicants are advised not to make the non-refundable expenses until their visa application is granted. You are to leave Egypt at the expiration of your visa.

Business Visa from Philippines to China

This visa allows its holders to negotiate and sign business contracts while in the country. This visa allows its holders to attend conferences, seminars, trade fairs, and workshops while in China. Applicants who are employed are to provide a certificate of employment from their employer. The letter should introduce the applicant and state their job position and salary level. This letter should also state the duration and purpose of the applicant's visit. An official letter of invitation from the host company in China should be provided.  The letter should be printed on the company’s letterhead and must contain the contact information of the company. The letter must also contain the nature of the business to be carried out by the applicant in China. The business letter must also state who will be taking up the responsibility of the applicant’s expenses in the country. If there have been previous business dealings between the two companies, proof of this should be provided. Non-citizens of the Philippines are to provide a copy of their residence permit. Proof of payment of visa application fees should be also submitted

Business Visa from Philippines to Belgium

The Philippines who are travelling to Belgium to carry out business activities are the eligible candidates for this visa. With this visa, applicants can meet up with partners in Belgium to negotiate and sign business contracts. One recent passport-sized photograph that is taken on a white background and meets the photo specifications is required. An original passport with a validity of not less than 3 months to the proposed date of departure must be submitted also. You will be required to submit a proof of travel insurance that has a minimum coverage of €30,000. Philippines are to provide a valid residence permit. A letter of introduction from your company explaining its commercial activities, your position, and the purpose of the trip is needed. An invitation letter from the company in Belgium detailing the purpose of your visit and who will be sponsoring it is also important. This letter must be in either French, Dutch, German or English and must be written on the company's letterhead. Proof of previous business relationship with the Belgian company is also needed for this visa application. Photocopy of memorandum and Article of Association of the Belgian company should be submitted. A copy of the business registration and trade license should be submitted as well. A letter from your employer stating awareness and allowance of your business travel for the duration of your stay is required. The purpose of your travel should be stated in the letter. You cannot seek public funds with this visa while in the country. You are expected to exit Belgium before the expiration of your visa. This visa is usually processed in about 15 working days so you should apply no later than 15 working days before the intended trip.
