Business Visa from Philippines to Germany

This business visa is for applicants who wish to transact business, attend seminars, conferences, workshops, business meetings, and have negotiations while in Germany. This visa is valid for 90 days. An invitation letter from the German company you will be visiting and their detailed address accompanied with the dates of your visit is to be submitted. A certificate from your employer stating/allowing your business travel is also required. If there were previous trade relations between the two companies, proof of such events must be provided. A business bank statement for the latest 6 months is necessary. Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint-stock companies) and Trade License (first issued and present renewal) is to be submitted also. A document regarding the applicant’s expenses during their stay in Germany is to be submitted also, either the employer or the partner company must state coverage of expenses on the letter of invitation. If you are going for religious or crew/television purposes, you will need to provide an invitation letter from the authorities with details about the nature of events or activities, purpose of visit, expense coverage, the names of the applicants (crew members), duration of their stay, and a detailed travel itinerary. You are to leave Germany on or before the expiration of your visa.

Student Visa from Philippines to Germany

This student visa is for students who wish to travel to Germany for learning purposes. The admission letter from your institution of study is to be submitted. You are to submit proof of accommodation for your entire stay in Germany.  This could be either proof of payment of hostel fees or a family/friends contact who is a resident. All documents submitted for this visa application must contain original and 2 clear photocopies for application. Documentation showing that you have been accepted into an institution in Germany is to be submitted. You will also need to show proof that you satisfy the conditions for access to studying in Germany. This could be academic results or previously obtained learning certificates. Applicants are to provide proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 covering any medical emergency for the duration of their stay. A medical certificate stating you do not carry any diseases that may endanger public health (such as Tuberculosis and other diseases that require quarantine) is also to be submitted. Proof of financial sustenance for the entire stay in Germany is needed. This could be a valid scholarship offer, recent bank statement from your sponsor or guardian, letter attesting sponsorship and a valid ID of your sponsor. Medical certificate issued not more than 6 months to the date of application is also important. A certificate of good conduct not more than 6 months to the date of the application is required to show that you have not been convicted of any crimes.  A letter of authorization signed by both parents and the original birth certificate is to be submitted for minor applicants. You can take up employment with this visa type but you are restricted to the number of days you can work. This means that you can work 120 full days each year or 240 half days.  If you take up a student or research assistant at your university, it might not be a problem to exceed the 120-day limit. It will be necessary for you to learn the German language seeing that it is the language of instruction at most educational institutions in Germany.  All students undertaking a German-taught program will need to be able to demonstrate a firm knowledge of the language, either by means of a language test result or by taking a preparatory course.

Tourist Visa from Philippines to Germany

If you want to apply for this visa, your reason must either be for tourism, family and friends visitation, leisure and relaxation purposes. You are to provide an invitation letter from your host with their house address, phone number, office/home number and nature and address of employment all stated in the letter. You are to submit your passport which must have a validity of at least six months from the proposed date of travel.  Copies of previous visas should also be submitted. A travel health insurance that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted with at least 30,000 Euros. You are to submit a detailed travel itinerary with dates and flight numbers specifying your entry and exit from Germany. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation is to be submitted. Proof that you have the incentive of returning to your country at the expiration of your visa is required. With this tourist visa, you are not allowed to work while you are in the country. A letter confirming your leave from work and your job position is to be submitted. You are expected to abide by all the rules guiding your visa. You cannot take up a course to study in any of the institutions of learning in the country. Proof of payment of visa application fees should be provided during the visa application. At the expiry of your visa, you are expected to leave the country.

Transit Visa from Philippines to Germany

This visa is for persons who wish to transit through Germany to another country. You are to provide the visa and flight ticket of your destination country during the visa application process. If you are under the age of 18 years, the unabridged original copy of your birth certificate should be provided. You must have a clean criminal record. Receipt of paid visa application fee is required. You are not allowed to study or work during your time in the country. The visa is valid for 5 days. You are required to exit the country on or before the expiration of your visa. There is no extension for the transit visa. You are not allowed to leave the airport transit area.

Business Visa from Philippines to Finland

The Philippines applying for this visa should be those who wish to travel to Finland for business purposes. During your meeting with your partners, you can sign and negotiate contracts. You can also attend trade fairs, conferences, and business summits whilst you are in the country. You can also use this visa to attend seminars and meetings. A letter of invitation from the company in Finland you are meeting should be provided. In the letter, the company’s address, the purpose of your visit, and the duration of your visit should be provided. If the applicants' expenses will be covered by the partner company or the employer, it should be stated in the letter of invitation. A letter is to be submitted by your employer in the Philippines stating the awareness of your leave, purpose, and duration of stay should be submitted. Minors traveling without their parents should have a letter of consent signed by both parents if they are traveling without their parents.  Also, the original copy of the minor’s birth certificate is required. This visa is only extended in exceptional cases.

Student Visa from Philippines to Finland

The study visa is issued to the Philippines who want to study in an academical in Finland. Applicants must have been admitted into the institution of their choice before applying for this visa. A letter of invitation from the institution you have been accepted to should be provided.  The course you have enrolled for and the duration of the study should be stated in the letter. Applicant's international passport with a  minimum validity of six months from the date of departure is required. The validity of the student's visa depends on the embassy but is always more than 90 days. The passport biometric data is required. If you are a minor traveling without your parents, a letter of consent signed by both your parents should be provided. Also, an unabridged original copy of your birth certificate is required. Proof of full or part payment of tuition fees should be submitted. Applicants are to provide proof of financial sufficiency in form of bank statement that covers the applicant duration of stay. Bearers of this visa are allowed to work as long as it does not interfere with their studies. You are not allowed to seek public funds while you are in the country. Tourist Visa from Philippines to Finland

Thie tourist visa type is for the Filipinos visiting Finland for tourism, vacation, recreation, relaxation, and sightseeing. Applicants of this visa are allowed to visit their friends and relatives in the country. Persons visiting either their friends or relatives are to provide a letter of invitation from their host.  This letter should include the home address, telephone number as well as a valid means of identification of the host. Foreigners can attend festivals and events during their time in the country. Finland belongs to a Schengen state and therefore Schengen visa will be acceptable. Student Visa from Philippines to Cyprus

This visa is for foreign students who wish to further their university or college degree in Cyprus. A letter of admission from the school in Cyprus is to be presented.  The applicant is to provide an enrollment certificate which allows them to attend courses in Cyprus. Proof of payment of acceptance fees is to be submitted for the visa application  Students in possession of this type of visa are to have the relevant permit issued by the Civil Archive and Migration Department for the visa application process.  The student visa is issued for a specific educational institution.  If any holder of this visa decides to change an institution, they have to obtain a new residence permit. Holders of this student visa are not permitted to work during their stay in Cyprus.  Exceptions are made by the consulate for certain courses for which working permits may be issued to enable practical training during the summer holidays such as IT and Engineering courses.  The Cyprus student visa is only issued to full-time students and a full-time student takes a minimum of 12 credits in a semester. Attendance of your courses/classes is compulsory as it concerns your program's discipline of study approved by the ministry of education and culture. As an international student, you are allowed to invite your friends and relatives to Cyprus. However, it is only under the condition that you can secure a bank deposit of 300 Cyprus Pound for each invited person. The applicants are to provide certificates and transcripts from their previously attended schools. A copy of their stay permit for non-citizens is to be submitted. This visa can be extended to cover the duration of your study in the country. If you are a minor, a letter of authorization signed by both your parents is required. Tourist Visa from Philippines to Cyprus

The Cyprus tourist visa is for persons willing to travel to Cyprus for tourism and sight seeing purposes. This visa does not allow you to migrate to Cyprus.  It is also known as a Short stay visa. Persons who are traveling to Cyprus to visit family, relatives, and friends are also eligible for this visa.  The holders of this visa can enter and exit Cyprus once or multiple times. The duration of your stay will not exceed 90 days in any half of the year from the date of the first visit.  The tourist visa is extendable.  For a visit to family and friends, a letter of invitation is required.  The letter has to be duly signed and completed by the host and should include his/her contact details, house address, and occupation and it should also be signed by the Migration Department.  A copy of hotel reservations confirmed by the hotel manager would be needed.  An itinerary of travel arrangements showing the arrival date and intended duration of stay must be provided.  The tickets should be purchased before the visa is issued.  The visa for the return country should be valid for at least three months beyond the intended duration of stay.  Visitors to Cyprus are to have original passports valid for at least three months beyond the period of validity of the visa issued(you will have to make photocopies of the passports too).  A bank statement is necessary to prove that the applicant is financially capable of covering their expenses during their duration of stay in Cyprus.  If a minor is to enter Cyprus unaccompanied, he/she is expected to provide a statement giving consent which must be duly signed by both parents, then signed by the mayor of their area.  Passport photos of the minor and his/her parents are to be submitted. The processing time takes about 10 to 15 days.  If an applicant wishes to travel with a pet, they are to send the pet's medical statement, date and time of arrival, and airline company and flight number to the Veterinary service department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment of the Republic of Cyprus.

Transit Visa from Philippines to Cyprus

There are two types of transit visas; the Airport Transit Visa(ATV), and the Transit visa  Thie transit visa may be issued for one transit, or exceptionally for several transits and is valid 5 days. The visa allows it's holder enter into the country, i.e they are not restricted to just the airport transit area. Holders of the visa are not to study while they are in the country. There is a group transit visa which has a maximum validity of 30 days issued by the Cyprus embassy. The group visa is issued on conditions that members of the group enter the territory, stay, and leave as a group. The visa of your destination country is to be also submitted. Group visas are issued to groups of between 5 and 50 people.  The person in charge of the group is to possess an individual passport.  The Airport Transit Visa(ATV)  is for persons who wish to make short stops in Cyprus. The airport transit visa(ATV) is for travelers who are making short stops in Cyprus. This visa allows its holders to alight from an airplane in a Cypriot airport and board another flight going to another destination. Visa holders are not to leave the airport transit area. A copy of a flight ticket to the final destination country is to be submitted during the visa application. The visa of your destination country is to be also submitted. This visa is valid for 2 days. This visa may be issued for one transit, or exceptionally for several transits. You must leave Cyprus before the expiration of this visa. This visa can not be extended. You are not to use this visa for business, educational or tourist purposes. Only travelers with a clean criminal record will be issued this visa. Receipt of payment of visa application fee is required. Proof of incentive for returning to your country is also required.

Work Visa from Philippines to Cyprus

The Cyprus work visa is for visa applicants who are traveling to Cyprus for employment reasons.   This work visa allows for more than one entry and the multiple-entry visa is valid for a year.  In some cases, it might be valid for more than one year but not more than five years for certain persons. You will require an entry and work permit. Application forms must be accompanied by the employment contract stamped by the Department of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance. The application is to be forwarded to the Civil Registry and Migration Department.  Applicants have to provide the embassy with evidence that they have been invited by a Cyprus company or are participating in any conference, seminars, or business events.  Holders of this visa can undertake any form of employment during the duration of their stay.   For visits less than 90 days, visitors can exceed the duration of their stay while still in Cyprus.  Visitors who wants to stay in Cyprus for more than 90 days can extend their stay by applying for a work or a temporary residence permit depending on their reasons for extension it will be approved.  This visa can be obtained from Cyprus Consulate after the applicant has received an invitation from a Cyprus corporate organization. The time frame for obtaining this visa depends on the embassy’s workload but it approximately takes 10 days.  When visiting with this visa, an official letter would be required. The letter should be addressed to the Consulate of Cyprus and have proof of the applicant’s wage or salary.  A photocopy of the tax declaration for the last three years will be required during the visa application process.   If the applicant is self-employed, a letter from a solicitor, accountant, or bank manager should be provided to prove his/her financial status.  The applicant is to provide a photocopy of their passport. The employment contract with a revenue stamp from the revenue stamp registrar is to be submitted. The applicant's medical certificate is to be also submitted.

Business Visa from Philippines to Denmark

This business visa is for foreign nationals who are visiting Denmark to carry out business activities. During your time in the country, you can meet up with business partners to negotiate and sign contracts. Trade fairs, conferences, and business summits can be attended by holders of this visa. A letter of invitation from the company you are meeting up with should be provided.  The purpose and duration of your visit should be stated in the letter. If the company you are meeting with will be responsible for your expenses while you are in the country, it should be stated in the letter. Your employer should provide a letter stating that he/she is aware of your business leave. The purpose of your visit to the country, the duration, and the purpose of your visit should be clearly stated. Proof of prior business dealings between you and the company should be provided if there have been any. The original certified copy of their memorandum and article of association certificate, trade license, proprietorship/partnership document should be submitted. A certificate of business registration of your business partner in Denmark is required. For private business owners, a copy of their Income Tax Return(ITR) form or certificate of income tax deducted from salary should be submitted. Holders of this visa cannot be paid for the services they render while they are in the country. Applicants are to submit approved health insurance that covers their duration of stay or its equivalent of 30,000 euros. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted. Holders of this visa are not permitted to seek public funds or work with a business visa. To work in Denmark, you must have a Denmark work visa and a work permit that allows foreign nationals to work in the country. Receipt of paid visa application fees is required You are expected to exit the country at the expiration of your visa. All applicants are to appear in person for the submission of their visa application. Only documents that are in English or Danish will be accepted.
